You could say that real estate is in Vy's blood. In her early teens, Vy became fascinated with buying and selling properties because her parents did it as a hobby. From then-on, with their guidance, she worked on the family's properties until she became a Realtor®.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Winnipeg, MB, Vy is bilingual, speaking both fluent Vietnamese and English. By 27 years old, Vy had received both a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Dental Hygiene diploma from the University of Manitoba. After that, she packed her bags and flew straight to BC to begin her career as a Realtor. Today, Vy lives in East Vancouver where she's taken up urban farming - and can't wait to take care of her chickens!

Vy Nguyen is looking to expand her team.

A proud member of eXp Realty, Vy is excited to lead the next generation of Canadian West Coast Realtors to success. If you're interested in joining a cutting-edge, tech-savvy team that values client service, camaraderie, and growth - personal and professional - above all else, you could be a best fit for Vy's team! Shortly after we first contacted Vy she suggested a face-to-face meeting and at that meeting impressed us with her enthusiasm, sensible advice, and meticulous analysis of our situation and requirements. Vy’s idea to research the complex we liked for potential sellers within our price range and her diligence and people skills in following up and negotiating on our behalf when a seller came forward made all the difference. We would not have been able to find a place we could afford if she had not taken this initiative. Our experience was excellent from the beginning to end. As first-time home buyers we are especially grateful for Vy’s expert guidance, clear explanations, and her commitment to ensuring we found what we were looking for.
